Wedding Styling & Month-Of Event Management

- Full style consultation for your event: colors, theme, fabrics, bridal party attire, florals, centerpieces and table settings, etc.

- Development and management of a clear, cohesive style direction
(including mood boards that can be distributed to other vendors)

- Availability to attend all style-related meetings, including floral consultations, bridal gown appointments, bridesmaid dress fittings, furniture rental appointments, venue selection/styling appointments, ceremony site visits, etc.

- Selection of all linens, place settings, and tabletop décor; photo booth backdrops and props; ceremony arch displays; fabric, drapery, string lights, and more

- Setup and breakdown of all decorations, centerpieces, and DIY displays on the wedding day

- Safekeeping of handmade decorations, rented items, and any family heirlooms

- Coordinating and communicating with vendors leading up to the wedding

- Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal the week-of

- Management of the wedding timeline, ensuring all components occur on-schedule

- Cuing bridal party and family members throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

- Overseeing all vendor arrivals, deliveries, setup, and breakdown

- Ensuring all stations, displays, table settings, and decorations are set up as expected

- Distributing vendor payments and gratuities as needed

- Ensuring safe delivery of gifts and cards, etc. to the bride and groom or a designated family member

- Overseeing the clean up and breakdown of all necessary areas in a timely manner

- Ensuring that neither the bride and groom, nor their families, have to manage any mishaps or headaches throughout the day!
